Jason has lived in central Indiana his entire life and brings a background in program management and operations to his role serving clients. He holds a degree in Criminal Justice and has built a career centered around helping others.

After graduating from high school, Jason began his career as a police dispatcher. In this fast-paced role, he found fulfillment in helping people during some of the most challenging moments of their lives. Music has always been a lifelong passion. Having started playing the trumpet in middle school, he went on to teach music to students from middle school through high school. Guardian Wells Financial's unique musical theme immediately resonated with him.

Before joining Guardian Wells Financial, Jason worked with two nationally recognized nonprofit organizations. He started as a Volunteer Coordinator before advancing to the role of Program Manager at a second nonprofit. There he oversaw the organization's grant programs. Throughout his time in the nonprofit sector, he had the opportunity to connect with people from around the world and found a deep sense of purpose in helping make an impact.

Jason resides in Noblesville with his cat, Salem. Outside of work, he enjoys listening to and playing music, reading books, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends. He is also an avid Indianapolis Colts fan and enjoys cheering on his favorite team.
