Guardian Wells Financial began in February 2007 as a sole proprietorship ran
by Jason P Hutchins in Mishawaka, Indiana.
At first, we offered insurance for the self employed market – Health, Disability, Life, Dental, accident, Medicare Supplements, H.S.A. plans and critical illness insurance.
As the number of clients grew from a handful to hundreds, we became very aware of the challenges facing the cross section of GWF’s client base. Many clients were in their 50’s and expressed the uncertainties of when and how they would retire.
Since matching solutions with needs was exactly what we did on daily basis, we began pouring hundreds of hours into learning the ins and outs of retirement planning. Jason decided that if he could create guarantees in retirement platforms, much like the guarantees he put in households with insurance – he would move full speed ahead. Afterall, he never had to cross his fingers when he helped a family mitigate financial risk with health and life insurance.
As soon as Guardian Wells Financial began offering retirement solutions – the agency began to move more and more into specializing in income planning using guaranteed financial solutions. As the amount of clients grew across Indiana, and then into other states – the necessity for a more suitable location was addressed, and Guardian Wells Financial moved into the Metro Indianapolis area (Noblesville, IN) in 2009.
We host a weekly radio broadcast every Saturday morning at 10 AM in Indianapolis. This is an endeavor to educate our listeners on retirement planning. No gimmicks, no noise, just simple time tested and guaranteed strategies. We regularly interview industry experts and explore articles in the news. Our listeners email us with questions ranging from 401k rollovers, investment alternatives, income planning, annuities and a wide range of topics.
